Wow. Michelle and I made pierogi and steaks last night. It was quite possibly the best meal we’ve
ever made. The pierogi, which are filled dumplings that look like pot stickers - but are definitely not pot stickers, were fantastic; we made the dough from scratch as well as the filling, boiled them, and finished them off with quick fry in a saute pan. We also had steaks with a fantastic chipotle, mushroom, gorgonzola cheese, and cream sauce.
Seriously, we were a little heartbroken when we finished them all.
